報名不直接等於入取拍攝，若你是適合人選，我們將會進一步聯絡你。
下方表格欄位皆為必填。請於補充說明欄位描述您可接受的裸露程度，如：︎ 全裸 ︎ 裸上身可 ︎ 陰部可 ︎陰部外皆可或其他自行描述。
個人照片或影片說明：
依可接受裸露程度附上該尺度之個人照片或影片，例：若可接受全尺度，請提供全尺度照片或影片。無論可接受裸露程度如何，報名者皆需提供至少一張臉部清晰照片。所有照片或影片以清晰無濾鏡、光線充足為主。
請於表格中留下個人社群平台連結，Instagram、Twitter、Facebook 擇一，將作為生活照參考及入取通知聯繫方式之一。
提交資料之前請閱讀以下內容
1. 資格需年滿20。
2. 作品將使用於網路展示、展覽或任何商業行為，如：攝影集等。實際用途將會於拍攝前討論。
3. 基於職業道德，攝影師有義務保密模特基本資料，報名資料僅將提供攝影師及相關工作人員參閱。
4. 拍攝地點常以台北為主，但也可能於任何國家進行。
5. 報名為模特徵選，不保證確認拍攝。
6. 若確認拍攝後，拍攝將以合約協議保障雙方權益。
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING
1. The candidate must be 20 years of age or older.
2. The works will be used in exhibitions, social media, website, or, commercial use.
3. Based on professional ethics, candidates’ information and photos will be completely confidential.
4. Shooting locations often take place in Taipei but could be anywhere in the world.
5. This registration is a pre-selection and does not guarantee participation in the project.
6. Contractual agreements will protect the rights of both parties. They must be signed upon arrival or prior to the shoot.
